A Strategic Plan that assesses the company's current status and maps its future direction
A Transition Plan that bridges a change in executive leadership or internal reorganization
Training and Professional Development that promotes effective board governance and value-added stewardship
Term
Consulting projects range from three to sixth months, depending on your needs.
Coaching engagements include weekly meetings over a three month term. At the end of the first three months, we will assess the progress to date and determine next steps.
